Why we started A&L All Solutions

Two regular guys, tired of working for the next person.

Allen has done outdoor work since he was ten, starting on a farm and helping his grandfather run a lawn care service. Between his dad and his grandfather, he learned to lay sprinklers, build walls and fireplaces, and handle just about any outdoor job a home needs. What he loves most is helping a house feel like a home.

His business partner Shane Loukas came up the same way, but on the inside of the house. Shane has been roofing and installing wood floors since he was 14, and after Covid he added tile work in homes and commercial buildings, from kitchens and bathrooms to showers and floors. He is known for clean, careful work.

So they teamed up to take care of a property from the roof to the lawn. If something isn’t how you want it, we come back and fix it, whether that takes one visit or three. We handle the jobs people can’t do on their own or no longer have time for, and we want to be the best at it.
